CHECK IN IS EASY
Present ID at the hotel lobby to gain access to your room. Each group must put down a credit card or refundable cash deposit for incidentals.
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
There will be one departure time to the festival for the begining and one pick-up at the end of Snowglobe.

PARKING
There is free parking at the hotel.
WRISTBANDS
You will be given your transportation wristband when boarding the bus. You do not have to print out confirmation.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Reserve 1 spot or the whole room at Motel 6 with the ONO Fam.
- Check-in 3:00PM December 29th. Check-out 11:00AM January 1st.
- Standard room comes with 2 full beds.
- Each room is assigned 4 roommates.
- Choose your roommates or have us do it for you.
- Save money by splitting the bill with roommates.
- Room upgrade options available for additional days and less occupancy.
- WiFi (USD 2.99 per 24-hour period) and free parking.

- Each room comes with two beds and is assigned 4 roommates.

- Need additional roommates? We’ve had nothing but success in pairing groups.
- We’ll partner you with roommates that match your gender and interests.

UPGRADE OPTIONS
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM BAY AREA
Need a ride to South Lake Tahoe? The standard Hotel & Shuttle Package does not include transportation to
Tahoe. Jump on our party shuttle from any of our three locations; San Jose, San Francisco, or Sacramento!
Departs December 29th. Returns January 1st.
Departure times per location:
San Jose @ 7:30AM – San Francisco @ 9:00AM – Sacramento @ 11:00AM – Estimated time of arrival in Tahoe @ 3:00PM.
ROOM UPGRADE OPTIONS
Our standard package comes with quad occupancy. You may upgrade to triple, double or single occupancy
if you want less than four people in your room. Reserve triple occupancy to get your own bed. Only one upgrade per room neccessary. Each person still needs their own travel package.

HOW THE PAYMENT PLAN WORKS PLUS PRO TIPS
You can pay for your travel packages over time, rather than all at once, with Affirm financing. If approved by Affirm, you’ll receive your tickets in your order confirmation email from Eventbrite and directly pay Affirm in fixed monthly installments over 3 or 6 months (rates from 10-30% APR based on your creditworthiness). Just choose Affirm as the payment method during checkout, complete a quick application on their site, and get a real-time decision. To apply, you must be at least 18 years old (19 years old in Alabama or if you’re a ward of the state in Nebraska) and provide Affirm with your full name, email address, date of birth, U.S. mobile or VoIP number registered in your name, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
