We are so excited to greet all of you tomorrow! Here are your final details for the trip!
Things to know before you go!
Passports are required to board the bus. Do NOT forget your passport!
The resort accepts American dollars only. You do no need pesos. The resort is primarily cash only. There are few card processing machines that process payments slowly. We HIGHLY advise you to bring cash.
The hotel has 3 bomb restaurants on-site and 6 full bars. There are 2 pools, a jacuzzi, and a spa. The hotel does not allow outside drinks or food. Weather is forecasted to high 60/70s.
Crossing the border!
If you are taking the roundtrip bus with us, absolutely do NOT bring any illegal substances across the border. When we arrive at the border, we will be required to unload the bus, grab our luggage, and place it through the X-ray machine like you would at an airport. Then we will board the bus and head straight to Las Rocas, only 40 minutes from the border!

You can find your rooming list below. Please take a look and make sure your name is spelled right, and your room type is correct.
Check-in is easy! Present your ID at the front desk and you will be given a physical key to get into your room. If you know your roommates please coordinate arrival with them. If you are meeting your roommates for the first time via the “shared” room option, you can find the number and email of your roommates on the rooming list.
If you need to make any changes to the rooming list (name misspelled, not with the people I requested, etc) please fill out this form HERE.

SAN FRANCISCO & SAN JOSE
We have something fun planned for our Bay Area Family! To avoid losing a whole day in Mexico, our scheduled arrival time at the Resort was 12pm pst. To avoid staring out the window, while the day passes us by, we are going to drive through the night! And to make it exciting we have set up a pre-game in San Francisco (prior to departure) so that we can meet, drink up, then hit the road!

WRISTBANDS
You will pick up your event wristband when boarding the bus for the first time or when you arrive at the hotel if you are not coming on the bus from California. You do NOT need to print out a receipt. All you need is a valid ID.
