MEAL PLAN EXPERIENCE
IMPORTANT NOTICE. PLEASE READ.
If needed, everyone is required to bring their own shower towel and “reusable” plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, and spoon. Do to a lack of cleanup in the past years, we are removing all of these items from the house to make each person accountable for their utensils. Refer to “House Rules” for full report. Do NOT bring one time use paper and plastic utensils. Cooking items such as pots, pans, spatulas, etc will be available for use at all times. Please clean up after use. If you purchase a Meal Plan then a Full Table Set including a “reusable” plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, and spoon is provided and will be given to you at registration.

WELCOME TO YOUR MEAL PLAN EXPERIENCE.
Our meal plan is strategically designed to provide a delicious breakfast when you wake up and a very much needed dinner after returning from SnowGlobe every day we are in Tahoe. Each meal consists of the main entree, sides, salads, and extras. Our team does all the cooking and kitchen cleaning while you sit down and eat.
We are taking our meal plan to the next level this year. We are making it into a grade A experience with professional chef and caterer Mario Gomes and his team of cooks, as well as meals that are going to tingle your taste buds.
Trust us when we say this is the way to go. Right now you may be thinking of preparing your own meals each morning and late night but let’s be honest, we are going to be up late making cooking breakfast a drag. And what about getting home at 12:00AM after partying at SnowGlobe all day? You are going to wish you got the meal plan. No need to go shopping, simply show up and eat. Why are we trying to encourage you to buy the meal plan? Well first off, we are putting a lot of effort into this year’s meals so we want everyone to try it! But not only that, imagine 15 people all trying to use the stove to make eggs in the morning? The line is going to be gruesome. But aside from all of that, our SnowGlobe experience is a very up close and personal experience. You are going to meet some awesome people and make some friends for life. And what better way to set the mood by having meals together all as a group. The choice is yours.
Well enough about that! Let’s show you what we have planned for your menu.
BREAKFAST MENU
Main entree, sides, and extras.
Friday
“Grand Slam”
Beer batter pancakes, sausage links, scrambled eggs plus a variety of veggies and cheese toppings, and country style potatoes
Saturday
“Southern Hospitality”
Homemade biscuits & gravy, oven baked bacon, scrambled eggs plus a variety of veggies and cheese toppings, and hash-browns.
Sunday
“Breakfast of Champions”
Mimosa brunch with brioche French-toast, bacon & breakfast links, scrambled eggs, plus a variety of veggies and cheese toppings, and potato latkes (mashed potato pancakes).
Monday
“On the Run”
On the go breakfast burritos with your choice of meat and/or veggie, stuffed with combinations of potatoes, veggies, and cheese.
ADDITIONAL BREAKFAST ITEMS EACH DAY
Bagels, cream-cheese, toast, cereal, milk, fruit, cheese, muffins, pastries, orange juice, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, hot coco with marshmallows, jam, peanut-butter, nutella, butter, whipped cream, powdered sugar.
DINNER MENU
Main entree, side, and salad.
Thursday
“Turnt Tacos”
Your choice of carnitas and/or shredded chicken, chopped onions and lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream, beans, and side nachos.
Friday
“BBQ Ho-down”
Whole chicken broken down into your option breast, thighs, and legs glazed with our house BBQ sauce with side Mac & Cheese, Greek salad (cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, feta, olive oil) and all the fresh baked dinner rolls you can eat.
Saturday
“Final Count Down”
Fresh ground beef burgers NOT frozen, variety of meat and veggie sausages, homemade chili, grilled onions/ bell peppers/ and mushrooms with a house vinaigrette vegetable mix green salad.
Sunday
“Italian Night”
Your choice of spaghetti bolognese (red sauce with meat) and/or creamy pesto (rigatoni with green sauce) paired with a homemade garlic bread and caeser-salad.
ADDITIONAL DINNER ITEMS EACH DAY
Desserts, bread and butter, cheese, fruit, ranch, ketchup, mustard, mayo, hot sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, whipped cream, hot coco with marshmallows.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE
Coal, lighter fluid, paper towels, garbage bags, salt, pepper, seasoning, vegetable oil, olive oil.
HOW IT WORKS
Each person that opts in to the meal plan will be given an alternative wristband that will grant access to each meal. You will pick up your full table set at registration.
FULL TABLE SET INCLUDED
If needed, you are required to bring your own plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, spoon. *The Meal Plan includes a full reusable table set! Plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, spoon included.
