We have coordinated with a nearby Resort to dedicate a room block at a discounted rate for our guests. If you need a room with 2 beds, UpValley Inn & Suites offers $259+ taxes and fees/ per night. The deadline to book a room at this rate is May 16th. For anyone booking a Single King bed room, Calistoga Inn offers $169+ taxes and fees/ per night. This rate is first come first serve. Rooms are available until they sell out. You can book your room through the portals below.
Shuttles
We have a private shuttle service scheduled to pick up guests from both UpValley Inn and Calistoga Inn for the Wedding Day. Our shuttle will get us to the venue for the start of wedding day. Likewise, the shuttle is scheduled to transport guests at the end of each night, back to the hotels. Official schedule TBA.
The Game Plan July 4th
Our shuttle will depart from both hotels at approx 4:30pm. Drop off at the venue will be at 5pm for cocktail hour. Ceremony is scheduled for 6pm. Followed by dinner, dancing and many surprises.
Attire
Dress to impress! Our color scheme is Green, Yellow, and Burgundy.
