HOTEL

We are staying at the Best Western Plus Ontario, located 25 minutes from the venue!

• Hotel includes space for 1 guest in a room with 3 roommates. 4 total.
• Choose your roommates or have us match you with other ONO travelers.
• Check-in options 3:00PM March 23rd or 24th. Check-out 11:00AM May 26th or 27th. For
  additional dates email us.
• Standard room comes with 2 queen beds.
• Upgrade your room to less occupancy for groups or upgrade to your own bed.
• Free WiFi and pool access.
• No hidden hotel resort fees! What you pay here is final.

SHUTTLE

Shuttle includes 1 seat on our daily private shuttle to Beyond NOS Center from our hotel and back.

Jump on any shuttle at any time. No lines! No wait!  Onboard AC and water supply.

Shuttle Times TBD official Beyond Wonderland schedule.

Our shuttle will get you to the event for the start and pick you up at the end.

• Equal payments of your total balance will automatically be charged to your account starting the same
  day of the following month. 
• Final payment will be deducted in full before departure.

ROOM UPGRADES

Our hotel package starts with quad occupancy. You may upgrade to triple, double or single occupancy
if you want less than four people in the room or if you want to upgrade to your own bed.
*Each guest must have a hotel package.
*Only one upgrade per group necessary.

Solo Bed Upgrade – from $199

ADDITIONAL DAYS

This upgrade applies to Hotel & Shuttle Packages only. Roundtrip Packages depart on fixed dates.
If you want to extend your trip select the dates you wish to add at checkout. Standard dates are March 24th
through March 26th.

Pick your roommates or have us match you with other ONO travelers just like yourself! A great

• Each room comes with two queen beds and is assigned 4 roommates.
• Choose your roommates by completing the roommate request form at checkout.
• Need additional roommates? We’ve had nothing but success in pairing groups.
• We’ll partner you with roommates that match your gender and interests.
• Our goal is to create everlasting friendships.

REFUND POLICY

Packages are none refundable. But you do have the option to resell the package or roll over to
the next year.
